Increased utilisation of videoconferencing across the Institute

There has been a marked increase in the use of our videoconference facilities in the past twelve months. The increase in use in March 2009 compared to March 2010 is outstanding.




Bundaberg – 40% increase from 92.45 hours to 129.45 hours

Gympie – 94% increase from 37 hours to 72 hours

Hervey Bay – 68% increase from 78.15 hours to 131.15 hours

Hervey Bay Desktop – 483% increase from 8.30 hours to 48.45 hours

Maryborough – 84% increase from 55 hours to 101.35 hours

Maryborough Desktop – 260% increase from 9.15 hours to 33 hours



Well done to all staff for utilising this facility and to Research and Information Centre staff for supporting all aspects of videoconferencing.
